The Challenge
Create a governance system that gives every ADA holder a voice in Cardano's evolution-whether through direct voting, delegation to trusted representatives, or proposing changes themselves. The infrastructure needed to be fully decentralized, transparent, and built purely on blockchain and smart contracts.
The core challenge: Building governance primitives that scale to millions of participants while maintaining the decentralization and security guarantees that blockchain provides. Every vote, delegation, and proposal must be verifiable on-chain.
